"content": "Shipping & Delivery Last updated 25 September 2026. Where we deliver We deliver all over Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray and Navan. Delivery times are the same wherever you are. What delivery costs Standard delivery is free on orders of €100 or more after any discount. Below that, a flat €25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay. You can also choose Express Shipping in the cart for €25. It is a paid upgrade, so that charge applies to every express order, including orders that would otherwise get free delivery. We do not publish a separate express arrival window, so if you need an order by a particular date, email us before you buy. How long it takes Delivery takes 5 to 7 days in Ireland. That does not include our 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time, so allow up to about 9 days from ordering. Large pieces such as sofas can take the upper end of that range. Our delivery partners Tracking You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can then follow the parcel on our Track Your Parcel page. Separate parcels For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you. Questions before you order If you have any other questions, email us at theteam@customersupport.care and we will do our best to help.",

"content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy sets out how returns work when you buy from us in Ireland. Changing your mind You can return an item for any reason within 15 days of the original purchase. That is our own policy. Irish and EU law also give you the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. The two periods start on different days, so use whichever ends later. You do not need to give a reason for either. To be eligible, the item must have been bought from this website, be in its original packaging, and come back with your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase. On a change-of-mind return you pay the cost of sending it back. Our furniture is large and heavy, so please check the postage with us before you send it. We refund the price you paid for the goods, back to the payment method you used, or as credit against a future order if you would rather. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items This part applies to everything we sell, and nothing above affects it. What you buy should arrive undamaged, do the job it is sold for and match its description. If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you. For a serious problem you can have a replacement or a refund; for a smaller one we will repair or replace the item. We cover the cost of shipping a faulty item back. None of this limits your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022. Damaged in transit If a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photograph of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the return postage. Photographs help us take it up with the courier, so they speed things up, but they are not a condition of your rights. Missing parts or the wrong item If your order does not arrive, arrives with parts missing, or contains something you did not order, tell us and we will fix it at no cost to you. How to return something Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and a short note about what you would like to do. We will reply with the return address. Please contact us before sending anything: items go back to the warehouse your order shipped from, not to our administration office, and this makes sure the return reaches the right place. We aim to process refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the returned goods. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more working days to show the money. We cannot accept returns of items bought from another retailer rather than from this website. Cancelling before dispatch You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Most orders are packed within 24 hours, so if you need to change or cancel a paid order, contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 12 hours. Once an order has left, you can still return it as described above. If something goes wrong If you are unhappy with how we have handled a return, email caseresolution@customersupport.care with your order number and a person will look at it again from the start. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.",
