Limited Liability Indemnity

This page sets out the limits of our liability, and your indemnity to us, when you use furniturewarehouse.irish or buy from Furniture Warehouse, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Your statutory rights come first

Nothing on this page limits or excludes any liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your rights and remedies under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022. Where those rights apply, they take priority over anything here.

Limits of our liability

Subject to the section above, and as far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill;
• we are not liable for loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen, or that was caused by misuse of a product, by not following the assembly or care instructions, or by normal wear and tear;
• where we are liable, our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.

Using furniture safely

Please assemble each piece as its instructions describe, keep within its stated weight limit, and fix tall pieces such as bookshelves to the wall where the instructions say to. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a piece suits the way you plan to use it.

Website availability

We try to keep the site available and working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site without notice.

Your indemnity

You agree to cover any reasonable losses, costs and claims we incur because you broke our Terms & Conditions, misused the site, or infringed someone else's rights through your use of the site.
