These Terms & Conditions govern your use of furniturewarehouse.irish and any purchase you make from Furniture Warehouse, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree that you will not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law;
- try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with how the site works or its security;
- copy or republish our content, including text, photographs, branding and design, without our written permission;
- give false information or pretend to be someone else.
The content on this site, including the Furniture Warehouse name, product photographs and copy, belongs to us or our licensors.
Products and descriptions
We describe our furniture as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Photographs are for illustration, and colour and finish can vary slightly between production batches and between screens. Please check the dimensions against your room, and the route into it, before you order.
Prices
All prices are shown in euro. The price shown next to Add to Cart is the price you pay for the goods, and any delivery charge is shown in the cart before you pay. If we find an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price, or cancel with a full refund.
Ordering
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order.
- Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
- Please give us accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
Payment and security
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is authorised.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Delivery times and charges are on our Shipping & Delivery page, and returns, refunds and cancellations are on our Refunds & Returns page. Both form part of these terms. They include your right under Irish and EU law to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity;
- we provide the website as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
